More Than Half of the Respondents Believe that Stress is the One of Main Causes of Insomnia

Sleep quality affects the spirit and efficiency of life. Unfortunately, more than a quarter of the global population suffers from Insomnia, and only 38% of American adults strongly agree or somewhat agree that they feel relaxed when they wake up.
